**Salary**: $45,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Director of Research and fellow scientists across production and research teams to advance project goals.
- Execute and design experiments with precision, ensuring the collection, organization, and analysis of data to support product quality.
- Manage inventory and laboratory resources efficiently to ensure seamless research operations.
- Maintain meticulous laboratory notebooks and documentation, ensuring all data and processes are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
- Uphold a clean and organized work environment, adhering strictly to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive laboratory space.

**Qualifications**
- A Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioanalytical Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment including pipettes, glassware, balances, pH meters, centrifuges, and other general laboratory apparatus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, complemented by the ability to effectively present data and findings. This includes being a great communicator who can engage with diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and impactful information exchange. Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Physical capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Independent and proactive, capable of executing tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with an emphasis on effective communication and data explanation.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Superior time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- A professional approach to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
