**Job Title**
Disaster Recovery Compliance & Reporting Analyst
**What is the opportunity?**
The DR Compliance and Reporting Analyst is an integral member of the T&O Disaster Readiness team, providing risk and compliance support for RBC globally, working to create a centre of excellence in resiliency and disaster readiness. The incumbent will collaborate across the DR Team and with partner groups to our risk and compliance goals are met, monitored, and reported effectively. We are looking for a self-starter who can learn and question, engage, and contribute to improving processes and help us evolve.
**What will you do?**
- Identify compliance gaps or changes needed for process & communications
- Contribute to the solutions for app/infra teams in breach of compliance
- Lead activities such as scheduling and communications
- Produce reports for senior leadership, auditors, and regulators
- Contribute as-needed to knowledge base articles
- Log and monitor progress on DR-related Findings
**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have**
- Min 3 years experience in a risk or governance role
- Experience in the financial industry or another heavily regulated industry
- Experience in technology groups, especially from a risk assessment perspective
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Track record of collaborating effectively with multiple groups and teams
**Nice-to-have**
- Experience in Disaster Recovery concepts and principles
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and/or Tableau
