Laboratory is a boutique digital agency catered to small businesses in the fashion, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors. We specialize in digital campaigns, content creation, social media marketing, and brand strategy. At Laboratory, we invest our time in innovation and experimentation. We work with a limited number of clients to ensure a focused approach and the best results for success.

**Currently in a post-secondary program with a focus in graphic design or media**

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and analyze social media platforms
- Assist with management of client social media platforms
- Assist Creative Director in writing, editing, and publishing content
- Curate digital content for websites and social media platforms
- Support the Creative Director in identifying and cultivating new content partnerships
- Assist with optimizing content for search engines
- Assist in the production of multimedia features (videos and photo galleries)Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including e-blasts, promotions, social media, look book shoots, film production, and more

QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly creative with a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Strong proficiency in Mac environment, MS Office Suite, social media platforms
- Familiar with emerging digital media trends
- Video editing skills, familiarity with digital asset management systems and a working knowledge of website posting and updating is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Analytical with good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interest in fashion and entertainment sectors
