Marketers on Demand is looking for an innovative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our client’s team in the health and wellness space In this role you will be key in developing the visual aesthetic for various brands and projects across digital and print platforms driving impactful results


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work collaboratively to translate project requirements into innovative design solutions
  • Utilize Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging visual designs, including animation and motion graphics when necessary
  • Drive results through continuous design improvements, analyzing metrics and user feedback
  • Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders; communicate value propositions
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to launch; oversee all stages of the design process with strong attention to detail


Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital and print design (strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects in the health and wellness industry)
  • Proven expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects)
  • Prior experience driving results through design improvements, while achieving business objectives
  • Some experience or knowledge with photoshoots, photo editing, video production for capturing and editing content.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
