SUMMARY OF TASKS

The incumbent will be responsible for the creation, registration, updating and auditing of product information in the various

databases.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, store and update product information in our internal and external databases (e.g. SAP, Maestro, GS1, GPIM,

Manhattan);
- Contact internal and/or external stakeholders (across Canada) to validate the information provided regarding the

creation of product codes and the maintenance of existing codes;
- Execute audits on physical products in order to validate product specifications according to Saputo procedures and

standards;
- Ship products to GS1 Canada offices for imaging purposes;
- Provide support to users (across Canada) of database systems;
- Perform all other related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
- College diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
- Experience in a similar position (an asset);
- Bilingualism essential (English and French, spoken and written) - the person occupying this role will interact a

majority of the time in English with various stakeholders and system users who are located across Canada;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite with advanced Excel skills;
- Ease of learning in terms of IT platforms; knowledge of Maestro, GS1, Manhattan, SAP (assets);
- Strong attention to details;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong analytical skills, and demonstrate initiative and autonomy;
- Excellent priority management and organizational skills.
