- Strategic Accounts Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Support day-to-day operations with customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure communication and functionality of internal teams to optimize the customer experience
- Measure and track key performance indicators
- Possess clear communication to understand and integrate stakeholder requests while managing expectations and meeting deadlines
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and measured manner
- Document and track the progress of projects and deliverables. Also provide updates and guidelines to stakeholders
- Work closely with the Continuous Improvement team to optimize standards and operating procedures
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Participate in the development of solutions combining technologies, business processes and operational realities
- Excellent communication skills are required to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Ability to propose solutions focused on the customer and their needs
- Degree in business, logistics or other relevant program an asset
- Autonomy, interpersonal skills and flexibility are key assets
