We are currently looking for a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team

**Duties and responsibilities**:
The Project Administrator position reports to the Director of Operations, assisting with a variety of responsibilities, including project start-up, project coordination, change order administration, sub-contractor administration, invoicing, and project close-out.
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

- Planning and coordinating a variety of details for assigned projects under the guidance and mentorship of our Project Management team
- Liaising between clients, the estimating department, and all members of our project management team
- Distribution and tracking of shop drawing reviews and approvals, assisting with change order requests, and ensuring project timelines and milestones are met
- Maintaining the internal project file structure
- Attending weekly production meetings and assisting with on-site reviews
- Managing and maintaining customer control sample requirements and process
- Assisting with sub-contractor and vendor relationships, ensuring proper insurance, contracts, and health and safety requirements are up-to-date

**Skills Required**:

- Post-Secondary diploma/degree in Construction Management or a related field is an asset but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and focus on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with an upbeat attitude
- Dynamic and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive relations with peers, clients and internal resources
- Organized, self-disciplined, and capable of evaluating the weekly workload and obtaining cooperation from other departments
- Ability to thrive independently and take initiative
- Experience with Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings/blueprints is an asset
