Position Overview: The Retail Sales Associate is responsible assisting customers with their purchase, providing great customer service to clients in the store and over the phone, maintaining the showroom displays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with their purchase using a point of sale system
- Responsible for achieving sales goals and selling add ons
- Answer the phone, provide information and maintain orders
- Maintaining the show room displays
- Responsible for contacting customers to confirm orders and provide great customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail sales would be an asset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full time position, must be able to work weekends and holidays
