We firmly believe the success of our firm and our lawyers begins with our administrative staff.

Rogers Partners LLP is seeking an experienced billing/accounting co-ordinator to join our accounting team. The Billing/Accounting Co-ordinator is responsible for all aspects of billing, as well as general accounting duties.

**Principle Duties include**:

- Monitoring Work in Progress and ensuring timely billing as per firm and client guidelines;
- Finalizing invoices for distribution to clients using both conventional and e-billing software;
- Generating, preparing, and reviewing pre-bills;
- Editing and finalizing accounts based on lawyer instructions and client guidelines;
- Uploading budgets and setting up user defined fields for e-billing purposes;
- Managing appeals and processing write off;
- Act as point of contact for questions and issues pertaining to billing;
- Monitoring and tracking acceptance/rejections with e-billing clients;
- Other general accounting and administrative duties as required.

**Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with conventional billing and e-billing with a law firm;
- Experience working with PCLaw, and diverse e-billing software programs (Legal-X, Bottomline and Tymetrix);
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities;
- Highly detail oriented and ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to work independently as well as interacting positively with others;
- Client service oriented, with strong communication skills;
- Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality are a must.

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
