**Position Summary**

The incumbent is accountable for supporting recruitment strategies, providing input and insights into the development of recruitment tactics, developing project plans, and executing high impact virtual and in-person campus experiences including campus tours, specialized tours with academic schools or departments at the College for prospective institutions, small and large College-wide events on and off-campus (ex. Open Houses, Ontario College Fair). The incumbent reaches out, engages with, responds to, and establishes positive communication and relationships with the College’s internal stakeholders to develop and onboard staff and faculty to support recruitment events and activities with the goal of increasing the quantity and quality of prospective leads and applicants into all Centennial programs, pathways, and delivery methods (ex. Full-Time, Part-Time, in-person, online, etc.).

The incumbent is accountable for identifying, engaging with, and establishing positive communication and relationships with prospective institutions and industry and their staff and representatives with the goal to ensure that Centennial College is seen as the college of choice and information is available directly and indirectly to potential learners who are in the process of making post-secondary educational or career upskilling decisions.

Utilizing supplied industry trends, College program offerings, enrolment patterns, and other relevant data, the incumbent positively influences diverse groups of potential learners and other relevant audiences; acts as a public relations representative for Centennial in all assigned capacities; reconciles the needs of prospective learners, guidance counsellors, teachers, parents, employers, and staff with student pathways, programs, and admission requirements and other Centennial offerings; coordinates, plans, and develops exceptional on-campus and virtual experiences, events, tours, and activities to support enrolment targets; and assists with the development and implementation of marketing communications strategies promoting College programs to various audiences.

The incumbent is a significant contributor to the public image of Centennial throughout the province and nationally across Canada, and represents the College on recruitment event, campus tour, and walking tour committees and organizations.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinates, participates in, and implements recruitment events and activities to support recruitment initiatives for Centennial College, such as campus tours and specialized tours, virtually and in-person, both on
- and off-campus.
- Actively promotes and encourages prospective students to connect with them, the College, and attend recruitment virtual events and activities; drives lead collection and cultivation of prospective learners’ (and their supporters and influencers’) contact information.
- Tracks prospective learners and their supporters (teachers and counsellors, parents and supporters) who register for recruitment tours and events in the College’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Monitors prospects through to applicants and to enrolled students by supporting the registration of campus tours and recruitment events, welcoming and engaging with prospective learners, and following up with leads.
- Uses best practices and research techniques to identify and implement campus tour and recruitment activities for diverse audiences.
