Job Summary

The Marble and Granite products Company is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a CSR or Showroom Customer/Client Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients visiting our showroom. Whether they are homeowners, contractors, or designers, you will assist them in selecting the perfect marble and granite products for their projects. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in understanding the various marble and granite products available, providing accurate information and answering any questions they may have.
- Guide customers through the showroom, showcasing different product options and explaining their features and benefits.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions based on customers' requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customers' needs and offer suitable product solutions.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange product delivery or pickup schedules.
- Resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and effectively, aiming for complete customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the marble and granite industry.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to create an appealing and welcoming atmosphere.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by actively promoting products and services.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in interior design or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the marble or construction industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and documentation.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in handling customer transactions.
- Professional and presentable appearance to represent the company's image.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 or 05:00PM.

Saturday - 09 AM - 04 PM ( if on then Monday will be off)

Pay Rate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
