We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Wholesale Team as our **Wholesale National Accounts Specialist**. You will be successful in this position if you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a strong attention to detail and can develop excellent customer relations.

**THE DETAILS**:
**You'll be joining our Head Office team at 70 Lexington Park, in a full-time capacity. This position supports a hybrid work arrangement**.
- You will create and continue developed customer relationships founded on trust and credibility while generating new increased sales opportunities with National Accounts
- You will proactively update National Accounts with information that will benefit their business needs
- You will partner with National Accounts stakeholders and internal EQ3 teams to develop a strong EQ3 brand presence on their floor and in their market
- You will oversee the processing and verification of orders from National Accounts
- You will prepare and analyze sales data to identify trends and share findings with account stakeholders to facilitate growth and buying decisions
- You will collect and manage all product information used to provide our retailers with the data they need to sell our products on various platforms and environments
- You will provide support to the EQ3 Wholesale team including Chief Merchandising Officer, Sales Manager, Account Representatives, Order Administrators, and Sales Representatives.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus
- Minimum 2+ years related work experience in sales, customer relations and/or business is preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Extensive experience multi-tasking customer service, administrative, and analytic priorities
- Expertise knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excels while performing multi-faceted work and projects
- Comfortable in an ever-changing environment
- Excellent written and oral communication with individuals across all levels of an organization
- Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment
- Able to take projects from start to finish with limited supervision
- Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables and feedback
