JLL is quickly growing its Canadian Property and Asset Management (PAM) team to deliver world-class Environmental, Social and Governance services to sophisticated owners and occupiers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to support PAM Canada’s Sustainability Team with representation in Toronto or Montreal. The positions entail working with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Contribute to the development of PAM Canada’s sustainability programs and initiatives such as energy, decarbonization, waste, climate risk, green leasing, green teams, biodiversity, and well-being
Support the development of processes and tools that enhance sustainability service delivery and reliable and accurate data management
Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders, supporting the smooth roll-out of initiatives across the portfolio, including with internal colleagues, clients, property teams, external consultants, and suppliers.
Review existing studies, perform high-level site assessments, identify areas of improvement, and develop action plans to achieve results based on strong business cases
Support ongoing communications, collection and analysis of data/metrics, progress tracking, and the development of summary presentations on sustainability program accomplishments for key stakeholders.
Support certification & reporting requirements
Participate in weekly team meetings, internal meetings, and mentor/mentee meetings
Complete end of the year internship pitch presentation to panel

QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Sustainability
Experience in the commercial real estate sector is an asset
Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams; Adobe Standard

REQUIRED SKILLS
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in French is an asset
Professional yet personable demeanor
Must be self-motivated and proactive
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must be able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others
Must be able to work remotely and/or in person/office
