This position is responsible for a variety of customer service tasks, including assisting with inventory control. As this is a multifaceted position, you will have the opportunity to work with a small team and help to support both internal and external customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing Daily OEM Emergency orders;
- Receiving Emergency Orders;
- Tracking Emergency Orders;
- Submitting Shortages, Damage, Returns documentation to OEM (SDR Process);
- Reconciling SDR credits;
- Managing Core Returns;
- Reconciliating of Core Return Credits;
- Facilitating Obsolete Parts Markdown and help manage the process;
- Invoicing/credits review;
- Assisting Inventory & Inventory Prep - Be available and participate in yearly inventory;
- Freight Allocation;
- Parts Warranty Claim Management;
- Parts Setup/Creation;
- Backorder Management;
- Milestone Entry in Softbase;
- Cycle Count;
- Reception Duties and General Support;
- Other Duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Positive and professional communication with customers and teammates;
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude, with good interpersonal skills;
- Superb customer service skills;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Self-motivated, organized and able to multi task;
- Able to learn and utilize operating data base.
- 2-4 years’ experience in an administrative capacity;
- High School Diploma;
- Or a combination of education and experience.

**Compensation Package**:

- Wage $20-$23/hr based on experience and qualifications.
- 3 weeks of vacation.
