Description:

- Lieu de résidence flexible, dans la région métropolitaine de Montréal. Aide au développement et à la réalisation des objectifs de vente de même qu’aux stratégies de planification pour les comptes actuels et potentiels. Entreprends les visites et appels appropriés à tous les distributeurs industriels NSK en support à leurs marchés utilisateurs dans le territoire assigné. Prépare et tient à jour les informations terrain sur les ventes, les rapports et les prévisions clients. Répond et résout les demandes techniques des distributeurs NSK et de leurs utilisateurs finaux.

**Responsibilities**:

- Travailler en collaboration avec l'ingénierie, l'équipe de service terrain, le personnel de support et le directeur régional des ventes pour fournir une assistance technique, une formation et des opportunités de réduction de coûts aux utilisateurs finaux, distributeurs et aux clients existants dans le territoire assigné en utilisant le processus d'amélioration des actifs AIP de NSK.
- Réaliser des visites de ventes et appels de haute qualité chez les distributeurs NSK, les utilisateurs finaux et les comptes cibles définis.
- Gérer efficacement son temps et son territoire pour assurer une couverture complète
- Documenter les opportunités d’économies de coûts en utilisant le processus AIP
- Implanter et assurer les cibles d’inventaire critiques pour les clients clés
- Faire croître proactivement les ventes dans les comptes stratégiques en collaboration avec les distributeurs.
- Développer activement de nouvelles opportunités de comptes cibles avec les distributeurs.
- Résoudre les conflits et les plaintes à la fois externes et internes, selon les besoins.
- Aider à fournir des prévisions budgétaires de produits, par numéro de pièce, par client, lorsque possible.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances et des développements du marché, des nouveaux produits et de toutes les informations concurrentielles et les inclure régulièrement dans les rapports.

Qualifications:

- Cet emploi nécessite un minimum de 5-7 en ventes techniques industrielles
- Expérience de ventes à travers un réseau de distribution industrielle
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise
- Lieu de résidence favorisé : Grand Montréal
