Calling all multitasking masters and financial whizzes We're seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Bookkeeper to join our team and be the superhero of our office. If you have a knack for answering phones with a smile, booking appointments like a pro, and keeping those invoices in check, then get ready to unleash your superpowers and save the day

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome our guests with a warm and infectious energy that brightens their day.
- Be the phone ninja, handling calls with lightning-fast reflexes and redirecting them like a pro.
- Show off your appointment-booking wizardry, ensuring our customers get the service they need right on time.
- Keep our reception area as inviting as a tropical paradise, making everyone feel right at home.
- Channel your inner number-cruncher and flawlessly manage invoices like a financial wizard.
- Work your magic to maintain accurate records and assist with financial reports when needed.
- Keep an eagle eye on payment deadlines and chase down those outstanding invoices like a true hero.
- Tackle general administrative tasks like a champ, supporting the office with your super organizational skills.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Bonus points for any bookkeeping or accounting certifications.
- A proven track record of being the customer service superstar or receptionist extraordinaire.
- Fearless when it comes to basic bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Tech-savvy with a superpower for mastering accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Your communication skills are as powerful as a superhero's cape.
- Attention to detail is your middle name, and you pride yourself on maintaining accurate records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and submit financial reports.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze financial data and prepare budgets.
- Process invoices, payments, and other transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.55-$22.00 per hour
