Join the Ballistic Arts Media Studios team as our new Business Development Rep We're on a mission to create no bullsh*t solutions for our clients, leveraging our 21 years of creative experience to build data-driven sales funnels that generate results.

As a lead-generation digital marketing agency, we're all about measurable success We've combined our creative expertise with the best digital marketing practices, focusing on producing data-driven results that make our clients shine.

To fuel our growth, we need a steady, no-nonsense Business Development Rep to join our team remotely In this role, you will be responsible for developing and fostering a strategic/mutually beneficial relationship with all major accounts of your designated service line to grow business organically, to find new business and to achieve annual sales goals.

**Accountabilities**
- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Track and manage sales activity results
- Confirming and scheduling appointments when a lead reaches a qualified stage
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Perform prospecting activities such as networking, cold calling, reaching out to prospects and leads
- Develop and establish new business opportunities
- Close sales contracts and extend accounts
- Grow existing accounts
- Develop, prepare and send presentations, quotes and proposals to prospective clients
- Meet with prospective and existing clients (virtually or in-person) to determine their needs
- Demonstrate and present project plans
- Review sales performance
- Negotiate contracts and packages with the aid of CEO
- Create detailed sales plans to attain pre-determined monthly or annual targets
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Create, develop and grow monthly web retainer packages and sales
- Create and grow the Digital Marketing, Content and Web departments’ sales
- Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries and complaints, and resolve any issues to the customer’s satisfaction while maintaining the company’s reputation
- Build and maintain accurate records in a CRM database
- Build business by identifying and selling prospects
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyze sales options
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and core values
- Maintain exceptional client communication and relationships

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
- Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business value
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects
- History of self-motivation, exceptional drive and a fearless attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- At least 5 years of previous experience in sales, customer service or other client facing roles an asset

**Compensation and Benefits**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Salary: $50,000 + commission
- Extended health care and dental
- Up to 12.5 days of flexible time off
- 10 days vacation leave
- Remote Work Flexibility in a timezone close to Pacific Time
