**We are looking for an Advisor Experience Manager who**:

- Possesses a broad understanding of advisor obligations, operations, and business needs and can translate this knowledge into specific proactive strategies and value-added recommendations.

**Responsibilities**:Relationship Management and Operational Support**:

- Provide a seamless transition for the Advisor team between onboarding and managing their client relationships.
- Train and offer program best practices and documentation for individual client workflows and operational tasks.
- Foster a trusted partnership with the Advisor team and align ASP’s offering to their client servicing and overarching business goals.
- Build strong, long-term business relationships by consistently going above and beyond advisor expectations.

**Platform Expertise**:

- Develop an understanding of the ASP platform suite, and guide the advisor on platform and solution decisions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and consult with product, engineering, and other internal teams to solve advisor problems.
- Explain the “how” and “why“ of ASP’s product suite features and functionality.
- Drive advisor adoption of the existing platform, as well as implementation of new products and features.
- Train new-to-ASP advisor team members on how to effectively use all relevant product functions.
- Suggest and advise on a variety of functional solutions to help the advisor achieve what they need from the product.
- Identify and build data and reporting product solutions.
- Communicate delivery timelines and set realistic expectations with the advisor across all platform partners.

- Speaks plainly and truthfully. Communicates complex ideas in a simple & easy-to-understand way for any audience (e.g. engineering, 3rd party vendors, growth/operational teams, executive team).
- Experienced at leading and driving change with and without authority.
- Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in a productive manner, allowing for a focus on key priorities.
- Doesn't cut corners. Does what is right, not what is politically expedient.

**Requirements**:
**Must have**:

- 5-10 years experience working in the wealth management space with an understanding of the advisor experience and industry infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize thoughtfully in ambiguous scenarios.
- Awesome people skills and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with our advisors.
