**Summary**:
**Job Duties**:

- Conduct extensive global travel to perform FAT audits, production audits, and desk audits of manufacturing plants.
- Provide education and training on QA/QC practices and standards to internal teams and external vendors.
- Complete various QA/QC tasks, ensuring compliance with ASTM, CSA, and client standards.
- Review and evaluate mechanical testing equipment and electrical testing equipment, including witnessing testing processes.
- Integrate and maintain Complyworks and Global IMS (Integrated Management System) for effective vendor management.
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain vendor ratings to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with all Domino Operating Units' Procurement teams to develop vendor lists and categories.
- Generate monthly vendor status reports (GAP reports) to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring compliance with all required documentation.
- Establish and lead a team to support QA/QC activities and vendor management efforts.
- Monitor the status of all current, new, and potential vendors, proactively identifying any issues or risks.
- Identify and recommend improvements to vendors seeking to sell products to Domino.
- Categorize and rate products based on quality and group them accordingly for efficient procurement processes.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in a global manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of FAT audits, production audits, and desk audits processes.
- Proficiency in mechanical testing equipment and electrical testing equipment, with the ability to witness and review testing procedures.
- Familiarity with compliance systems such as Complyworks and Global IMS.
- Proven experience in vendor management and the ability to evaluate and rate vendors effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to travel extensively globally, with a valid passport.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ASTM, CSA, and client-specific standards.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Experience in inventory management and business continuity practices is advantageous.
