Marketing Coordinator - Front Desk (Multidisciplinary Clinic)

**About Us**
Medrehab Group Physiotherapy is a leading physiotherapy clinic located in the GTA area. We are a busy dynamic healthcare team that includes: Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic care. We have been helping the people since 1996 and currently have 10 locations.
**In This Role, You Will**:
- You will benefit from online learning in all areas of social media through the Clinic Accelerator Program.

- Your top priority is to be acquiring new patient leads by increasing brand awareness with content marketing and social media
- We have photos and video content to help you create sharable content on social media
- Collaborate with our entire team therapist to create engaging content, webinars, blogs, and newsletters.
- Execute on SEO strategy to drive more organic traffic in the lower mainland
- Serve as a brand enthusiast for Medrehab Group Physiotherapy
- Answer phones and greet patients
- Schedule appointments and focus on patient retention
- Conduct re-activation and fall off patient calls
**About You**:
- 1 to 2 years in social media marketing
- Able to work well under pressure with mínimal supervision, and in collaboration with team members
- You have a strong track record of hitting lead generation targets and working with sales to hit and beat company goals
- You are a strategic, analytical and well rounded marketer who thrives in getting things done
- You have previous video editing experience
- You have experience with Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and Google My Business
- Experience in inbound and content marketing
- Excellent in telling stories and copywriting
- You have a passion for growth "hacking" marketing
- You must be high energy, coachable, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Street smarts required

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
