**BDC Call Centre - Customer Service Representative, Full-Time**

**Job Location: Saskatoon, SK**

**Work Schedule**
**Shifts: Monday to Friday, **7:30am-4:30pm/8am-5pm/9am-6pm + our 11am-8pm (once a month) + **one** Saturday within a 6-week rotation**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Booking appointments
- Outbound calls
- Follow up with dealership customers to gather information and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and follow strategies and processes for maintaining contact with existing customers or dealership contacts
- Manage customer information databases
- Address customer complaints/concerns as necessary
- Conduct customer surveys to receive customer feedback
- Setting and confirming customer appointments
- Produce reports when necessary
