Our Winnipeg location is looking a Billing Administrator to join our team

Job Duties
Handle incoming phone enquires and assisting customers and vendors when needed
Enters and validate information inputs in our OMS operating system
Confirm accuracy between system information and received paperwork
Performs all billing and follow-up activities
Produces reports, letters, backups and other correspondence, as required for submission
Documentation control distribution, mailing and filing
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and provide follow-up as required
Assist and participate in the preparation of client and agency audits
Update existing customer and vendor information.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
Technical
3 years of general accounting/administration experience
Experience in consolidated/or monthly billings with multiple work orders strongly preferred
Knowledge of warehouse or industrial operations
Detail orientation for working with numbers and accuracy information is highly desirable
Ability to deal with fluctuating volume of work
High school diploma or equivalent required
Interpersonal
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proven interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Confidence in ability to work in a constant changing work environment
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain and foster strong working relationships, with all levels of management and non-management personnel
Nurture positive corporate culture, and develop personal leadership skills
Possess strong logic, and ability to take initiative
