Seeking a bright, hardworking and trustworthy Administrative Specialist to proactively support the day-to-day needs of the office, Managing Partner and Professional Staff.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer and route telephone calls, greet customers, visitors and employees with courtesy and professionalism
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare, review and send client invoices; follow-up on accounts receivable
- Work in progress report analysis
- Pay invoices
- Processing of financial documents for delivery to clients
- Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the firm
- Process electronic filing and maintenance of related logs
- Manage supplies for the office
- Document scanning
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Communication with clients and scheduling of work
- Bookkeeping and preparation of government filings

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and work autonomously
- Experience working in professional setting (accounting / law firm experience an asset)
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Flexibility to work additional hours when needed

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
