La Dell Inside Sales Excellence Academy est un programme de formation accélérée pour les gestionnaires de comptes et les spécialistes des produits, travaillant avec des ensembles de comptes (B2B) interentreprises. Après treize semaines dans le programme de formation Inside Sales Academy Excellence, vous passerez à un poste de Responsable de Compte Inside Sales ou de Spécialiste Produit où vous établirez des relations et fournirez des solutions en temps réel à nos clients. Notre équipe s'assure que chaque interaction client est exceptionnelle et adaptée pour répondre aux besoins uniques du client. Vous serez la force motrice de notre interaction client de haut niveau, responsable de la vente de produits révolutionnaires en cultivant des relations en tant que conseiller de confiance.

Vous allez:

- Concentrez-vous sur l'établissement de relations et devenez un conseiller technologique de confiance
- Analyser le marché pour anticiper/identifier les problèmes/besoins des clients et recommander des solutions appropriées
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de comptes stratégiques qui favorisent l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels essentiels
- Participer à une formation interne axée sur les études techniques, industrielles et de marché tout en recevant des séances de coaching régulières pour assurer un développement continu

Exigences Essentielles
- Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree ou expérience équivalente

**Compensation**
