CNC Machine Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate and set up CNC machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator
- 3rd and 4th year apprentice’s will be considered
- Proficiency in Mazak equipment is considered an asset but not essential
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Experience with GibbsCam or equivalent software is a plus
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in English is required for this position to ensure effective communication with our team, in compliance with British Columbia employment regulations.
- Must be adaptable to a changing work environment and high production pressure
