Today, Petra Design operates out of its manufacturing facility in North York and are recognized as a leader in new and restoration decorative solutions.

**Functions/Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate and develop new accounts, generate sales quotes, and handle customer inquiries to help service customers and grow business
- Drive sales growth within the territory with existing and new customers i.e. cold calling, seeking bids
- Develop relationships with partners, architects, companies, masons and other stakeholders in related fields to create sales opportunities.
- Guide and answer customer inquiries in our showroom in person, or by phone
- Monitor and advise customers of product information and suggest and deliver the right product solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain existing accounts and build/strengthen customer relationships by evaluating customer’s needs

**What’s required?**
- Sales experience in the construction industry of related products; high level of connections and network considered to be an asset
- Detail-oriented coupled with proven sense of urgency and ability to balance priorities
- Experienced in conflict resolution and possess superior communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Lucrative, percentage-based commissions
- Qualified prospects (appointments)
- Positive working environment
