**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly as soon as they arrive at the hotel
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments, amenities, or services within the hotel
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times, stocked with necessary stationery and informational material
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries efficiently
- Maintain office security by adhering to safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers
- Professional attitude and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid written and verbal communication abilities
- Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational abilities, capable of multitasking effectively

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience with hotel management software such as Oracle Hospitality OPERA or similar systems
- Proficiency in proofreading documents
- Strong phone etiquette
- Previous clerical experience
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments
- Background in customer support
- Administrative capabilities

Note: Quality Inn Hotel is currently seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team for morning and evening shifts, including weekends

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.76-$20.00 per hour
