CWC Property Maintenance provides high-quality, professional property care services, specializing in Spring & Fall Cleanups, Grass Cutting, and Snow Removal. As we prepare for the upcoming seasons, we are looking to expand our team of hardworking Property Maintenance Technicians.
Position Overview:
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing key tasks such as Spring & Fall Cleanups, Grass Cutting, and Snow Removal. This seasonal role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently outdoors in all types of weather conditions. If you enjoy working with your hands and providing essential property care, we’d love to have you on our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Spring & Fall Cleanups:
- Perform seasonal cleanups including leaf removal, lawn prep, trimming, and garden bed cleaning.
- Prepare properties for the upcoming season, ensuring they look clean and well-maintained.
- Grass Cutting:
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and ensure clean, even cuts for residential and commercial properties.
- Maintain a consistent and professional appearance on every lawn you service.
- Trimming and Edging:
Trim and edge around sidewalks, flower beds, driveways, and fences to create a neat and tidy appearance.
- Lawn Health Monitoring:
Report any issues with the lawn (e.g., pests, disease, or dry patches) and suggest remedies or escalate to management.

- Snow Removal (Seasonal, Winter):
- Clear snow from driveways, walkways, and entryways using snow shovels, snow blowers, or plows.
- Work efficiently and safely during winter storms to keep properties accessible and hazard-free.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Physical Stamina:
Must be comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail:
Take pride in your work and ensure that all tasks, from lawn mowing to snow removal, are done thoroughly and professionally.
- Customer Service:
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. A positive attitude and willingness to assist clients with any needs or requests.
- Reliable Transportation:
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to our location.
- Safety Awareness:
Follow all safety protocols when using tools and equipment, especially for snow removal and lawn care.
