**Landscape, Snow Removal & Maintenance**

We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual to join our growing maintenance and operations crew that covers our buildings spread across the Oakville and Burlington Area. This person will be responsible for repairs and upkeep of all building’s interior and exterior.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and health benefits.

**Job Duties**:

- Landscape maintenance, including and not limited to: Grass cutting, trimming, edging, leaf blowing, caring for flower beds, adding mulch, and pulling weeds as needed.
- Snow removal during the winter months, including but not limited to Snowplowing with a truck, salting, shovelling walkways, use of a snowblower.
- Report to Property Manager and discuss daily activities that require attention
- Sustain good housekeeping and inventory of all tools and parts
- Responsible for cleanliness of all properties which includes litter collection around the property inside and outside, sweeping of walkways, and parking lot as required, and power washing walkways and parking lot as required.
- Handling the general custodial duties and maintenance of the property that ensures that floors, common areas, elevators and staircases are clean.
- Responding to maintenance requests and service calls.
- Travel between all the properties within our portfolio to perform minor and routine repairs and maintenance, both in the suites, the interior and exterior of the property including minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
- Monitoring inventory control of supplies and equipment.
- Performing any other duties as requested.
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and be available during snow removal season.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of general maintenance such as carpentry, electrical and equipment repair.
- Experience in Landscape and snow removal is a plus.
- Previous experience with basic plumbing, electrical, heating and mechanical/ventilation systems is a plus.
- Previous experience with plastering and drywall is a plus.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a pleasant, outgoing and professional demeanour.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability, with the desire to work as an integral member of a team.
- Must be available to work flexible hours.

Must have a valid G Driver’s license and own a vehicle.

**Salary**: $25.00-30.00 per hour
