The **Vice President of Sales** is a pivotal leadership role tasked with driving revenue growth and spearheading market expansion. Reporting directly to the COO, the VP of Sales will craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns seamlessly with the company's overarching goals and objectives.

This role involves leading the sales team, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities to ensure sustained business growth.

In collaboration with the Executive Team, the VP of Sales will define the revenue and gross profit expectations and strategically manage their team to achieve these goals. This position requires a strong focus on supporting, training, directing, managing, mentoring, and holding accountable the activities of their direct reports. Additionally, the VP of Sales will work in close collaboration with other sales management teams across our business units to maximize the market share of the Redco Group's industrial and commercial plastic and rubber products.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions and adjustments.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to the executive and management team.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Direct and coordinate all sales activities, including planning, strategy execution, and market analysis.
- In collaboration with the Executive Team, communicate and execute the Corporate Strategic Plan by setting and monitoring Sales and Market Development objectives.
- Report on sales performance and trends to the company at regular intervals.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment of Sales and Marketing activities with Corporate Objectives, and support marketing initiatives for brand awareness and online presence.
