The Opportunity

Our Client Strategies Division is seeking a Client Strategy Coordinator This position is a Permanent Full-Time position that will provide client-focused administrative support to the Vice President, Client Strategies. In this role, you will primarily support cross-selling initiatives. This role needs someone who is highly analytical and can manage multiple tasks at once with ease.

Our Burnaby location is our head office and is centrally located in the Willingdon Business Park. This location is easily accessible by the Gilmore sky train station with many shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.

The Responsibilities

Provide administrative support as required for day-to-day business operations

Schedule, plan and organize meetings

Prepare meeting agendas, materials and minutes when required

Work with VP, Client Strategies to support cross-sell strategies/initiatives for HUB region

Perform lead generation activities

Liaise with stakeholders in various departments

Work with colleagues to manage and track pipeline in the Microsoft Dynamics (CORE) system

Create sales visuals and bulletins

Monitor and maintain sales/lead gen inboxes

Participate in stewardship meetings where applicable

Work with training and development stakeholders to support the delivery of targeted education sessions for advisors on various key cross-sell product lines

Support the planning of networking and team building events

Prepare analysis of data and report summaries using Excel

Convert data to visual presentations (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Ensures compliance to policies and procedures

The Requirements

3+ years of experience in an administrative position

Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive

High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information

Solutions oriented individual

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to change

Excellent analytical skills

**Asset experience that will make you stand out**:
Experience using Sales CRM (i.e. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), ZoomInfo, Excel Reporting, and Power BI an asset
