Prince Albert, Canada Lake Country Co-operative Ltd. Full time

**Reporting to the Deli Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following**:

- Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
- Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience
- in person, on the telephone and at the point of sale
- Properly prepare products to Co-op standards, package and label finished products, maintain production records
- Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department
- Maintain and display all types of deli products according to department standards including hot meals and Salad bar
- Cashier duties as required
- Continually monitor code dates to ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf at all times; follow FIFO
- All other duties as assigned

- You’re attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills
- You are familiar with food safe procedures and practices
- Ability to lift and load products, physical labour is required
- You have POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
