We are hiring 2 slots only: 1 for Vietnamese speaking and 1 for Chinese speaking
- Please be notice that this co-op (internship) is ONLY for students who need to complete internships as a mandatory factor to graduate, the contract can be flexible from 3 months or more depending on students' needs, you can choose to work full-time or part-time
- This job is on-site, you need to come to our office, the schedule can be flexible for you but it needs to be on weekdays and during business hours, no remote working

Found in 2013, Aucan Immigration Consulting Inc. has helped thousands of international students and new immigrant families to start their new lives in Canada. Aucan is an RCIC-licensed agency to provide professional consulting and immigration services. Aucan is also the authorized recruitment agency of many post-secondary institutions and school boards in Canada and the United States.

**Position Summary**

The employees will receive and respond to client's inquiries and recommend appropriate educational programs to clients. They will also initiate marketing strategies and campaigns including the making of marketing materials for public use.

It would be preferred that the employees have their own client base.

In this position, the employee has the opportunity to learn and grow in fields like operations, marketing, customer services, and sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Make appointments with clients and provide consultations online or in person.
- Create and join marketing campaigns
- Achieve commission by drawing on your proven performance to convert inquiries into agreement signings
- Other responsibilities assigned by managers.

**Requirements**:

- Strong skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Must be proficient in English, Chinese or Vietnamese
- Must possess strong communication skills;
- Comfortable with a fast-paced office environment;
- Self-motivated with a strong and professional work ethic;
- Able to complete tasks individually;
- Able to meet sales goals;
- Previous sales or education consultant experiences would be an asset;
- Education experience in Canada will be an asset
