**Outside Sales Rep**
- Territory in Eastern GTA, Toronto area
- Monday to Friday - in office and on the road
- Competitive base + commission plan, remote equipment provided
- 8+ years experience in selling in construction, energy, industrial or electric preferred

Raise Workforce is working with a leader in Ontario that provides electric motor service and offers a full range of services including rewinds, motor overhauls, dynamic balancing and full machining. As an outside sales representative, you will be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding established sales goals and targets to increase revenue and profit for their operating division and the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned and successful customer focused individual who is looking for an ambitious, hands-on, progressive position with growth opportunities in an evolving and successful organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- To identify, call on and build strong relationships with key customers
- Manage all assigned accounts and be the key contact for all activities
- Develop and execute an annual sales/business plan for your assigned accounts. This will be done via CRM and account planning.
- Identify and target sales opportunities within your assigned geographical area. Work primarily with Partners, Manufacturers
- Follow up on opportunities/quotes/proposals to the customer and actively seek feedback that will lead to a successful outcome
- Submit call reports and update CRM
- Participate in and attend sales meetings, Quarterly planning meetings etc.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years experience in sales in the Eastern Ontario region.
- Sales experience in Industrial services, variable speed drives sector, Electric Motors an asset.
- Post-secondary education from a technical program (i.e.) Electrical, Mechanical discipline
- Knowledge of electric equipment, fluid technology or rotating equipment and motor/power transmission types would be an asset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
