PRIMED Medical Products is looking for a team of Student Interns to join us in Edmonton for the summer Reporting to the Intern Program Coordinator, you will work on a variety of projects and acquire real-world business skills and provide you with knowledge of various sales, marketing, accounting, and operations strategies.

**Your day to day**:

- The Student Interns will assist and lead various projects and deliverables and preform all activities in the project life cycle (Plan, Implement, Test, Document, Deploy, Maintain)
- Collaborating with all PRIMED teams including Marketing, Finance, Sales, Operations, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, and Product Development the Student Intern will use their priority and time management, organizational, and relevant university education, and skills to launch new initiatives and work on process improvement.
- With superior interpersonal skills the Student Intern will effectively and professionally communicate relevant data to achieve PRIMED’s project objectives and deliver superior service to the internal and external customer.
- The Student Intern will gain a broad real life experience in a vertically integrated company and develop and implement strategies in a project-based environment.

**Who you are**:

- Completed at least one year in any post secondary program.
- Organized problem solver capable of thinking quickly on their feet and excelling in a performance-driven, results-oriented work environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in a Windows based environment using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with Access would be considered an asset
- Demonstrated organizational, multitasking and time management skills
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
- This position is based on site in Edmonton and may require occasional travel domestically.
- Typical office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. However, due to the nature of the business, work outside of typical hours including evenings and weekends may be required.
