**Your role**

Our future colleague will be responsible for a variety of change projects in collaboration with our clients according to their strengths and interests.
- In collaboration with the team, plan, execute and follow up on various projects to improve performance, customer experience and/or employee engagement.
- Carry out diagnostics, develop strategies and improvement plans, support leaders and teams through the change process
- Facilitate workshops with the client's teams
- Coaching managers and conducting training sessions related to their expertise
- Establish and develop a partnership with project sponsors and clients
- Manage the various stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction
- Identify new opportunities for collaboration with clients during a mandate
- Make presentations to share your expertise in the Contact Center community
- Coordinate the work of the analysts working on his/her projects

**Your Profile**

**- **Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment, in a management and/or professional role (Support, Training, Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, etc.) An asset
- Experience in project management and/or consulting
- Good knowledge of process optimization and customer contact center improvement
- Very good knowledge of how large organizations operate (an asset)
- Excellent oral and written skills in French and English
- Very good command of the Microsoft Office suite

**Type of position: Full time (37.5 hours)**

**Location**:Based in the greater Montreal area, with some travel depending on client needs
