Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GIC Customer Service Representative at Rothenberg Wealth Management located in Westmount, QC. As a GIC Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with their inquiries and requests related to Guaranteed Investment Certificates (GICs), and ensuring their satisfaction. You will also collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide support and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior customer service experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of financial products, specifically GICs, is a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred
  • Must replace receptionist during lunch and vacation days
