In your role as an IT Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for targeting prospects through various campaigns to help grow our lead generation.

Your day-to-day will involve both lead generation and marketing strategies. Through social media, marketing techniques, and events you will be involved in driving prospects to our sales team.

**Overall Responsibilities, General Tasks and Duties**:
You will perform the following duties both independently in addition to collaboratively with the rest of the team.
- Aggressively identify qualified opportunities
- Nurture pipeline potential
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with clients and prospects
- Conducting research, making sales calls and identifying new business opportunities.
- Developing sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Keeping up with IT product knowledge and trends.
- Managing the Marketing cycle from A-Z
- Attending weekly sales meetings
- Generate new Managed IT Services opportunities
- Answer sales inquiries, and prequalify leads
- Represent happier IT at professional events
- Maintain / update CRM and forecasts on a regular basis
- RFP submissions

**Knowledge/Skills/Requirements**:

- Proven ability to reach, access and secure meetings with appropriate decision makers.
- Familiar with IT services/MSP
- Familiar with Cyber Security
- Working knowledge of emerging technologies cloud, security, IoT, Digital transformation, Microsoft products and services, as well as a knowledge of desktop hardware, infrastructure, and servers.
- An interest in generating, analyzing and interpreting data through marketing KPI's, traffic analytics, web metrics, and digital analytics.
- Detail oriented with a professional attitude.
- Post
- secondary education with a minimum of 2 years sales and marketing experience
- Superior communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- A desire to learn continuously.
- Understanding a wide variety of marketing tools (website design, adobe, hootsuite, canva, and more)
- Experience with writing case studies, brochures, blog posts, and social media management
- Comfortable with cold calling and information gathering
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (this is a work from home position)
- Competent in planning and owning multiple sales campaigns and marketing touchpoints
- Extensive and proven sales and marketing experience and track record gained within the IT/tech industry.
- Persuasive, motivated and tenacious.
