Richmond, Canada Trivium Law Full time

Trivium Law is looking for an articling student to join us in our young and growing firm.
- working on residential and commercial real estate conveyancing files
- working on introductory corporate files
- working on in introductory real estate development files
- conducting legal research

**What you should expect**:

- We will provide training in corporate, commercial and real estate law (we do not practice litigation in any form)
- We have a merit and skill-based firm culture; seniority and experience are secondary to a person's ability to learn and produce high-quality work

**Qualifications**
- Must either be a 3L about to obtain their JD, or someone already with a JD
- must have a valid work permit in Canada or is a permanent resident or Canadian citizen
- **detail oriented and willing to learn**:

- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and solve problems in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collegial team
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Displays extraordinary customer service in a professional, mature and courteous manner
- Highly dependable and adaptable with great work ethics
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Being able to converse in Mandarin Chinese is an asset, but not required

**Education**:

- Canadian Law School

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
