**Roles & Responsiblities**:

- Roles & Responsibilities will be based on a project-by-project basis and clearly articulated during the project briefing.

**Required Experience & Qualifications**:

- A well-curated portfolio showcasing various projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity.
- Strong understanding of the creative process and design principles.
- Demonstrate expertise in creative software in one’s individual specific discipline, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated ability to embrace diverse perspectives and think outside conventional boundaries.
- Ability to create visually appealing and effective designs for both print and digital media.
- Proven experience working collaboratively in a team environment, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering a creative atmosphere.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in adapting to changing project requirements and a flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Efficient project and time management and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Good interpersonal skills and building positive relationships with other creative collaborators and clients.
