**Position Summary**:
Do you love driving results and leading a team to success? Are you a motivated, high-achieving marketing expert with a passion for growing brands? Astryia is seeking a **Social Media/Marketing Generalist** who will head and build our digital marketing team from the ground up, while elevating our brand and driving revenue through creative, conversion-focused strategies.

In this role, you will lead all marketing initiatives, generate bookings, and raise brand awareness for our treehouse and cabin experiences. From creating engaging social media campaigns to crafting compelling calls-to-action, you’ll play a key role in transforming our online audience into delighted guests.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Klaviyo, Meta, and Webflow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a history of meeting goals.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

- Data-driven, using analytics to optimize strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Experienced in influencer marketing, building partnerships that elevate the brand.
- Collaborative, able to provide and receive feedback, and work across departments to create cohesive campaigns.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Build and lead our digital marketing team from the ground up.
- Implement a marketing plan that aligns with our ambitious business goals.
- Mastermind our marketing channels, from digital (SEO, social media) to offline strategies.
- Manage our organic social media pages, creating high-performing campaigns.
- Craft content that turns browsers into bookers and followers into fans.
- Oversee online advertising campaigns, turning clicks into customers.
- Build relationships with influencers, media, and partners to expand our reach.
- Analyze and report on marketing metrics to drive data-informed strategy.
- Stay ahead of the curve by infusing the latest marketing innovations into our approach.

Pay: $54,469.00-$59,137.00 per year
