We are currently seeking a **Commercial Portfolio Coordinator** who will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of centres within the GTA, as well as the day-to-day tenant inquiries, inspections, and overseeing commercial tenant fit-ups and will report to the Senior Manager, Commercial Asset Management.

We are ideally looking for an individual who possesses both a strong work ethic, and is an outgoing communicator, capable of professionally representing our company in person, on the phone, and in writing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Weekly inspections of commercial properties, including retail, office and parking facilities, within the GTA
- Responding to inquiries and concerns from commercial tenants
- Respond to emergency/after hours calls, as required
- Co-ordinating the day-to-day operations of each property, including overseeing maintenance, repairs and improvements
- Engaging with contractors and issuing work orders for such maintenance and repairs
- Issuing written notices to commercial tenants with respect to infractions and requests from tenants.
- Maintaining thorough records and electronic files for each property and tenant

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years of on-site property management and/or facilities operations experience
- Post-secondary degree education
- Vehicle and valid drivers license for travel within the GTA
- Polished presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Solid Microsoft software computer skills
- Self-motivated, well organized and willing to learn attitude
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to be on call to respond to after hours emergencies as required
