**Company Overview**:
We are a rapidly growing company in the water damage restoration and construction industry, seeking a highly organized and dedicated On-Site Project Manager to join our team. With a strong focus on quality service and customer satisfaction, we have experienced significant growth over the past three years.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial leak detection and inspections, advising customers on findings.
- Supervise remediation crews, including mobilization, scheduling, monitoring, and mentoring technicians on-site.
- Ensure thorough documentation is collected during emergency services for insurance claims processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling visits, and resolving concerns professionally.
- Perform general labor tasks related to water damage as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
- Negotiate with insurance adjusters, settle claims, and create job proposals using industry-specific software.
- Utilize Xactimate software to create detailed sketches and estimates, including on-site visits for measurements.
- Manage property insurance claims paperwork efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and communication with providers.
- Oversee the purchasing process, including vendor relations, obtaining quotes, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and policies, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in the water damage restoration industry or related plumbing field.
- Strong understanding of the insurance claim process and documentation requirements for water damage loss mitigation.
- Experience with Xactimate estimating software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software, and industry-specific job proposal and estimation tools.
- Familiarity with IICRC Standards for Water and Mould Remediation is a plus.
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code Standards.
- Capability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
