The Treasury Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for establishing and maintaining business control functions and analytics for customers that utilize the Global Wholesale Banknote products. The output will be used to manage risk and reporting and improve the overall customer experience.

**Responsibilities**

To be successful in the role, the TPM must maintain and build a strong Risk focus, and awareness and understanding of the banknotes foreign exchange market in addition to possessing strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Risk Initiatives: Regulatory reporting, supporting the team’s Risk Management Program.
- Provide regional and global product reporting and analysis.
- Perform analysis identifying trends, revenue opportunities, product performance.
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and balance sheet analysis
- Responsible for maintaining product documents
- Responsible for quarterly product reviews
- Support the global product control function

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of relevant industry work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong attention to detail, quick learner, superior organizational and task management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, with emphasis on strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated financial acumen and problem solving ability to arrive at well-founded conclusions
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to self-identify priorities and handle multiple projects in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work /communicate with all levels of management
- Exposure to the International market would be an asset
