What We’re Looking For
HUB is seeking a motivated Sales Enablement & Marketing Administrator, known within our organization as a Strategic Resource Manager (SRM). This person will work directly with our Manager, Sales Enablement & Development.
Our Burnaby location is our head office and is centrally located in the Willingdon Business Park. This location is easily accessible by the Gilmore sky train station with many shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby.
**Requirements**:
2+ years of experience in an administrative position, or equivalent educational experience
Experience with the full suite of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, and be proactive
High standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to change
Excellent analytical skills
A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude
**Asset experience that will make you stand out**:
Experience using a Sales CRM (i.e., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
Marketing and copywriting skills
A Day in the Life
Provide administrative support as required for day-to-day business operations
Support sales development initiatives for the GVRD region
Provide onboarding training and assistance for users of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM (CORE) system, including learning aids as needed
Help manage and track sales opportunities/pipeline in our CRM system
Assist with data uploads to, and cleanup of, our CRM system
Create sales reports and dashboards using data from our CRM system
Work with our Sales Leaders on Critical Path meetings on an ongoing basis to review top client accounts with stakeholders, schedule meetings, take minutes, and record action items
Help set up surveys for internal and external audiences (Survey Monkey)
Assist with some corporate writing (biographies, sales materials)
Assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and submissions
Help maintain our internal company sales collateral platform (Seismic)
Assist with creating and vetting sales prospecting lists
Assign sales leads as required
Ensure compliance to policies and procedures
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
