Our work activities include spring and fall cleanup, lawn mowing, gardening, hedge trimming, aeration, overseeding, fertilizing, and landscaping.

Here are a few of the highlights of this position:

- Regular hours, from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, allow our team members to enjoy their evenings and weekends with friends and family.
- We provide all team members with free uniforms including branded ball caps, hoodies, jackets, t-shirts, work pants, and steel-toed footwear to keep our teams looking professional and save team members the expense of buying a work wardrobe.
- We offer a dollar-for-dollar contribution match into each team member's account through our profit sharing RRSP program (up to 2.5% of wages for team members and 5% for managers.) Get an immediate 100% return on investment and the peace of mind of seeing your investment account grow toward higher education, the purchase of a house, or your retirement.
- Our outdoor working environment is safe, healthy, and perfect for anyone who prefers an active lifestyle to being cooped up in an office or restaurant job. Get paid to get fit
- Our Teammate Advancement Program provides training in all skills related to the lawn care and landscaping trade. It also yields associated raises as you reach each new achievement level, so raises are possible on a monthly basis. Raises of up to $3.30/hr are available as you learn new skills or demonstrate existing ones. And once you advance through the program you are eligible to be tapped for promotion to Route Manager with a jump to $28/hr as you take on more responsibility.
- We pay bonuses of 10% of net profits back to each team that earned them. We believe everyone should enjoy the fruit of their own labour and the harder you work the more you should get paid. Bonuses in 2023 ranged as high as $4.93 per hour in addition to hourly wages.
- Team members also receive immediate $20 bonuses if their team draws a client compliment due to excellent work.
- Every summer we take the team for an all-expense paid white-water rafting trip on the Ottawa river as a teammate appreciation day. We also book-end the season with company dinners.
- Snow removal operations provide year-round employment if desired.
