**Overview**:
Lawn care specialists will be servicing the customers' properties in an efficient manner while delivering an exemplary level of quality. They will also be directly interacting with clients to educate them on the services offered. As a result, our team members will be able to gain valuable hands-on landscaping and customer service experience that will enable them to later transition into a senior leadership role.

Lawn care specialists will work closely with the crew managers and the office staff. We are looking for people with great leadership and initiative skills in order to then later transform them into crew managers and managers. This rewarding career path is derived from implementing a win-win environment for both the company and its team while working with a local student start-up in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment.

Note: Year round opportunities are available.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Complete necessary service training provided by the company
- Perform all lawn maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, etc.
- Maintain equipment and a clean working environment
- Maintain accurate time records and service notes throughout the day
- Communicate pleasantly with approaching customers
- Call the office if uncertain within any given situation
- Communicate with the crew manager about any arising issue with the crew, customers, or equipment.
- Educate clients on the services offered and the values of the company that sets us apart from our competitors

**Requirements**:

- Prior landscaping experience is not required but is definitely considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license (G2 or G) and a clean driving record
- Strong initiative skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Strong communication skills
- Appropriate physical conditioning to be able to handle the workload
- Well dressed and presentable
- Attention to detail
- Team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
