**Position Overview**:
As a Marketing Strategist at ThinkTech, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and internal marketing initiatives. You will oversee client video shoots when required, assist the sales team with necessary materials, and manage internal social media. This position requires 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Campaigns and Content Creation**:

- Develop and execute social media ad campaigns to boost visibility.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Develop strategic content plans with the leadership team, aligned with sales objectives.
- Create engaging social media posts, including graphics, videos, and copy.
- Coordinate and oversee occasional client shoots alongside the social media analyst, ensuring high-quality content production.

**Brand Strategy and Positioning**:

- Lead branding strategy development and execution.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand positioning.
- Develop strategies to position our brand effectively in the market.

**Community Engagement and Collaboration**:

- Monitor social media channels and engage with audiences to build brand loyalty.
- Analyze performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness.

**Lead Generation and Sales Enablement**:

- Implement lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
- Utilize media ads, Google ads, and outbound calls to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary tools and messaging for campaigns.
- Assist the sales team with materials, ensuring alignment throughout all marketing strategies.

**Internal Marketing and Event Sponsorship**:

- Generate internal marketing reports for performance tracking.
- Manage internal social media channels and engage with the ThinkTech community.
- Explore event sponsorship opportunities and engage in event planning as required to enhance brand visibility.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proven experience in branding and marketing strategy development.
- Proficiency in Figma and Canva for content creation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and engagement metrics.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for client site visits as required.
- Prior experience in event sponsorship and sales enablement is preferred.

**Additional Information**:

- Full-time position based in our downtown Calgary office with occasional client site travel. Residency in Calgary is required.
