Job Title: Marketing and Communications Strategist

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

The Marketing and Communications Strategist will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies across various platforms. This includes but is not limited to internal and external stakeholders, social media, marketing campaigns, and public relations initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases the academy's mission, values, and expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the academy's goals and objectives.
  2. Create compelling content for various mediums, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and press releases.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty members, students, alumni, and industry partners.
  4. Design and manage the academy's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date.
  5. Maintain accurate records of communication activities, tracking engagement metrics and analyzing their impact on the academy's reputation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and design skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
