Real Estate Brokerage in Greater Vancouver has an opening for a full time conveyancing administrator. The office is new and modern, with excellent working conditions. The position is a salaried position and includes extended medical and dental benefits.

Position Available: Immediately

**Qualifications**:

- Familiar with spreadsheets, Broker Wolf + Transaction Desk an asset but not mandatory
- Great Computer Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Time management: A conveyancing administrator should be able to manage their time efficiently to ensure that all tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Must Have Good People Skills
- Attention to detail: As a conveyancing administrator, the individual will need to be meticulous in their work to ensure accuracy in legal documentation and property transactions.
- Communication skills: Effective communication is vital in the real estate industry, and a conveyancing administrator will need to communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders in a professional and clear manner.
- Problem-solving: The ability to identify problems and come up with solutions is a critical skill for a conveyancing administrator, as they may need to handle unexpected issues during transactions.
